Who provides RotaCue?
RotaCue is provided by Donn Labs Limited. This notice describes the current private beta of the app.
Your rota and saved shifts
Rota images and documents are processed on your device. Confirmed shifts, preferences and source text associated with saved entries are stored locally. A local summary of your confirmed shifts is shared with the RotaCue widget extension to display upcoming work.
RotaCue does not send your rota to a remote recognition service.
Permissions you choose
The app asks for camera access when you capture a rota, notification access for reminders and alarm access for wake-up alarms. Photos and documents are selected through system pickers. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings.
Subscriptions and purchase information
Purchase-enabled builds use Apple and RevenueCat to check subscriptions, unlock Pro and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription records, a randomly generated app user identifier, and technical information needed to provide the service. Its dashboard also helps us understand subscription performance. Your rota, shift details and scanned images are not sent to RevenueCat.
You do not need a RotaCue account. We do not supply your name, email address or advertising identifier to RevenueCat. Apple handles payment details; RotaCue does not receive your card information. We do not use advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment and do not charge you. Earlier beta builds may provide preview access without connecting to RevenueCat.
Editing, deletion and backups
You can edit and delete saved shifts in the app. Local app data may be included in device backups, depending on your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its app-local data from that device, subject to Apple’s handling of shared containers and backups.
TestFlight and feedback
Apple operates TestFlight and handles beta installation, diagnostics and feedback through that service. When you send beta feedback, Donn Labs can receive the information and screenshots you choose to submit. Avoid sending real staff rotas, patient details or confidential workplace information.
